Lane returned to the annual Metcash Expo for the 10th consecutive year, for another big week of talking all things supermarkets. Our fresh produce and bakery equipment took centre stage in the Fresh Area supporting the Metcash team to provide a benchmark for merchandising standards and of course showcasing our equipment in action.
Lane also had a dedicated booth where the team used it as a platform to talk about not just the range of quality equipment we supply but also our strength in delivering full store and department fitouts, from design and space planning through to fabrication and installation.
On the booth we showcased the brand new design of the ‘Alba’ Bake-Off Unit with it’s clear glass sides and soft rolling drawers its a great unit to enhance product product presentation and importantly preserve freshness.
We ran a competition to win the brand new ‘Alba’ Bake-Off Unit and it proved incredibly popular! On Tuesday afternoon the lucky ticket was drawn by Alex Spathis. Big congratulations to the winner, Hamish Thompson of IGA Appin!
